This 6-week introductory mindfulness course, offered online, is intended for those who want to feel more calm, centered, and at ease, but who struggle with the reality of lots of responsibility and limited free time and/or energy. In this course, you will learn the core practices and tenets of mindfulness and how to create pockets of presence in your days in practical and doable ways. Parents, teachers, and caregivers are particularly encouraged to enroll.

From Inner Critic to Inner Kindness: Cultivating Self-Compassion
